Raekwon Baas

If you follow the media, you will undoubtedly have noticed that Raekwon Baas is doing very well in boxing.

Elite A-class boxer Raekwon Mo-A-Lee Baas (23) was born and raised in Curaçao from a Surinamese mother, Palmira Baas-Sandvliet, and a Dutch father, Edwin Baas. This makes Raekwon represent three flags.
He started boxing @ Baas Sports Curaçao, the club of his parents.
He left for The Netherlands to study and first continued boxing @ Hannes Schneider in Haarlem.
Since he moved to Rotterdam he has been training at Rodney Ernst’s FitBoyz 010, which was previously located in Crooswijk and now in Vlaardingen.
Raekwon won several championship titles in the Netherlands and was also successful internationally.

On the Road to LA, the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, USA, Raekwon will represent Suriname. For confirmation, contact Mr. Ernst, national coach of Surinam, or Mr. Burke, president of the Surinaamse BoksBond.
Under the Curaçao flag Athletes cannot participate in the Olympic Games because Curaçao is not recognized by the IOC.

The Road is not an easy one, but Raekwon has learned to deal with obstacles. After major setbacks, Raekwon showed perseverance, discipline and the right mentality to literally and figuratively fight back.

To perform at the highest level, Raekwon has to invest. Together with sponsors or partners something special can be achieved.

As a (personal) trainer/coach Raekwon is known to be good at transferring his knowledge, skills and experience to others. For both competition and conditioning.
